Crash Arcade Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. Who is eligible for a bonus

Promotions are available only to players who:

• Are aged 18 or older and legally permitted to take part in real-money gaming where they are located
• Hold a single, genuine Crash Arcade account registered with accurate personal details
• Have verified their registered email address using the six-digit code
• Meet any additional condition published on the specific promotion

The ₹300 signup bonus is available to new eligible accounts only, limited to one per person, household, device, IP address and payment method.

2. Whether a deposit is required

No first deposit is required to receive the initial ₹300 signup credit. Other promotions may require a qualifying deposit; where that applies, it is stated on the promotion itself. The absence of a deposit requirement at the point of issue does not remove the wagering, verification or withdrawal conditions described below.

3. Wagering requirement

Promotional credit carries a wagering requirement. Bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable only after the required volume of eligible play has been completed. The wagering multiple that applies to a given promotion is published on that promotion at the point of claim.

Wagering is measured on eligible bets placed with promotional funds, in eligible games, within the promotion's validity period. Bets that are cancelled, voided or refunded do not count toward the requirement.

4. Eligible games and contribution rates

All seven Crash Arcade games may be made available for bonus play: Aviator, JetX, Chicken Road, Mines, Dice, Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger.

Different games may contribute at different rates toward a wagering requirement, and a promotion may exclude specific games entirely. The eligible-games list and contribution rates for each promotion are published on that promotion.

5. Which bets count toward wagering

A bet counts toward a wagering requirement only if it is:

• Placed with promotional funds, in a game eligible for that promotion
• Placed within the promotion’s validity period
• Settled — open or unresolved rounds do not count until they resolve
• Within the maximum stake permitted while bonus funds are in play
• Not cancelled, voided, refunded or identified as part of prohibited activity

6. Maximum stake while using bonus funds

A maximum per-round stake applies while promotional funds are in play. Exceeding it can invalidate the wagering completed on that round, and repeated breaches can void the promotion entirely. The applicable maximum is published on each promotion.

7. Expiry

Promotional credit is valid for a limited period from the moment it is issued. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the credit expires, the remaining promotional balance and any associated unconverted winnings may be removed from the account. The expiry period for each promotion is published on that promotion.

8. Maximum bonus-derived winnings

A promotion may cap the amount of winnings that can be converted from promotional credit into withdrawable balance. Where a cap applies, it is published on that promotion. Separately, the platform-wide maximum payout from a single bet is ₹50,000 across all games.

9. Withdrawal conditions

Before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, all of the following must be true:

• The applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full
• The registered email address is verified
• The account is KYC approved
• A valid UPI ID is on file
• The withdrawable balance is at least ₹300 (the standard minimum withdrawal)
• The request does not exceed ₹50,000 per withdrawal

10. KYC requirements

KYC approval is required before withdrawals are enabled, including withdrawals derived from promotional credit. The operator may request information or documents necessary to complete account verification. Account details and payment information must belong to the account holder and must be accurate. 11. Duplicate accounts

Only one Crash Arcade account is permitted per person. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method, promotional funds and any associated winnings may be removed from all affected accounts, and the accounts may be restricted under the general terms.

12. Referral eligibility

Referral rewards require that the referred player is a genuinely new, eligible adult player who registered using the referring player's code and completed the applicable requirements. Self-referral, referrals between accounts sharing a device, household, IP address or payment method, and referrals created through automated or bulk registration are not eligible. 13. Abuse and fraud

The following may result in promotional funds being cancelled and the account being restricted:

• Creating or operating more than one account
• Using false, borrowed or stolen identity or payment details
• Automated play, scripting or any form of bot activity
• Collusion between accounts, including coordinated opposite-side betting
• Exploiting a technical fault, pricing error or settlement error rather than reporting it
• Any other attempt to obtain promotional value outside the intent of the promotion

14. Cancellation and amendment of promotional funds

Crash Arcade may cancel promotional funds and any associated winnings where these bonus terms or the general terms and conditions have been breached. Crash Arcade may also amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion, in which case the change applies to promotions claimed after the change takes effect.

Where a clear technical or settlement error occurs, Crash Arcade may investigate the relevant round or transaction using server records and correct the outcome accordingly.

If something still looks wrong, raise a ticket through Crash Arcade support with your player ID and the date and time of the relevant activity.
