Crash Arcade Account Verification
Verification helps protect accounts and enables restricted wallet features. There are two separate steps: email verification, which unlocks real-money play, and KYC approval, which unlocks withdrawals.
Two steps, two different purposes

Email verification
After registration, Crash Arcade sends a six-digit verification code to your email address. Until your email is verified, real-money activity is restricted. An unverified account may be able to sign in but cannot play with real money, deposit or withdraw.
KYC verification
Withdrawals require your account to be marked as KYC verified. The operator may request information or documents necessary to complete account verification. Your withdrawal feature remains unavailable until the required verification has been approved.
Start KYC before you need it
The worst time to begin verification is the moment you want to withdraw. Completing KYC early means your first payout request is not the thing waiting on it.
Use accurate information
Make sure account and payment information belongs to you and is accurate. Incorrect information may cause verification or payment delays. Three details must line up:
- The name and date of birth on your Crash Arcade account
- The name and date of birth on the documents you submit
- The name registered to the UPI ID you withdraw to
What commonly delays approval
- A name spelled differently on the account and the document
- A date of birth entered incorrectly at registration
- Blurred, cropped or partially covered document images
- A UPI ID registered to someone else — a family member, for example
- Details that suggest more than one account belongs to the same person
Verification and bonuses
Email verification is a condition of the ₹300 signup bonus. KYC approval is a condition of withdrawing any balance, including bonus-derived winnings once wagering is complete. Both are set out in the bonus terms.
Your data
Information submitted for verification is processed to verify users, protect the platform and meet applicable obligations, as described in the privacy policy. Privacy-related questions can be submitted through Crash Arcade support.
Security reminder
