Withdrawal requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have all of the following:

• Verified email — confirmed with the six-digit code sent at registration
• KYC-approved account — identity verification completed and approved
• Valid withdrawal details — a correct UPI ID that belongs to you
• Sufficient withdrawable balance — at least ₹300 available
• Completed applicable bonus requirements — any wagering attached to promotional credit

How to withdraw

1. Open Wallet.
2. Select Withdraw.
3. Enter your UPI ID. Double-check it character by character.
4. Enter ₹300 or more. Up to ₹50,000 per request.
5. Review the details.
6. Confirm the request.

What happens to the money immediately

The withdrawal amount is held from the available wallet balance while the payout is reviewed. This is deliberate: it means the same funds cannot also be wagered while a payout is pending. You will see your available balance drop as soon as you submit the request, even though the money has not yet reached your UPI account.

Approval or refund

The operator reviews the withdrawal. If approved, you receive the payout reference. If the payout cannot be completed and the request is refunded, the held amount is returned to your Crash Arcade wallet and appears as a withdrawal refund line in your statement.

A refund is not a penalty and it does not mean the funds were lost. It means the payout attempt did not complete — usually because of a detail mismatch on the UPI ID — and the balance has been returned so you can correct the details and try again.

Why ₹300 is a meaningful number

Withdrawal minimums are where a lot of platforms quietly claw back the value of a headline bonus. A ₹300 joining credit sitting behind a ₹2,000 withdrawal floor is a very different proposition from the same credit behind a ₹300 floor.

Crash Arcade's figures are deliberately proportional: ₹300 signup credit, ₹100 minimum deposit, ₹300 minimum withdrawal. A player who turns promotional credit into qualifying winnings is not then stuck below the cash-out threshold.

Withdrawing after a bonus

If your balance includes promotional credit or bonus-derived winnings, the applicable wagering requirement must be complete before those funds become withdrawable. If a withdrawal has not arrived

1. Check your wallet statement. Confirm the request was submitted and see its current state.
2. Check your account Inbox. Withdrawal updates are posted there.
3. Verify your UPI ID. A single wrong character is the most common cause of a failed payout.
4. Confirm your KYC status. A withdrawal cannot complete on an account that is not KYC approved.
5. Raise a support ticket. Include your player ID, the amount, the date and time, and the UPI ID used. Contact support.
