• Player ID (for example CA-12345678)

Enter your password and continue to your Crash Arcade account.

Forgot your password?

1. Select Forgot Password.
2. Crash Arcade sends a six-digit password-reset code to your registered email address.
3. Enter the code within 15 minutes. It expires after that.
4. Set a new password that you do not reuse on other services.

Device sessions

Sessions are managed per device. You can review active sessions and log out other devices from your account security settings. If you see a device you do not recognise, log it out and change your password immediately.

Can sign in but cannot play?

That usually means your email address has not been verified. An unverified account may be able to sign in but cannot play with real money, deposit or withdraw. Check your inbox for the six-digit verification code sent at registration. Registration and verification guide.

Account restricted?

Accounts may be restricted where a self-exclusion period is active, where verification is outstanding, or where the terms and conditions have been breached. Self-exclusion is enforced on the server and cannot be lifted early. If you are unsure why access is limited, raise a ticket through support with your player ID.
