Crash Arcade Terms & Conditions

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in real-money gaming in your jurisdiction. Providing false information about your age is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of your account and forfeiture of promotional funds.

2. One player account

Account information must be genuine and should belong to the person using the account. Only one Crash Arcade account is permitted per person. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method, promotional funds and associated winnings may be removed and the accounts may be restricted.

3. Account verification

Certain features may require email verification or additional identity verification. Real-money play, deposits and withdrawals require a verified email address. Withdrawals require KYC approval. 4. Deposits

Deposits must follow the minimum and maximum limits displayed by the platform. The standard minimum deposit is ₹100 and the standard maximum is ₹100,000 per transaction. Payment information must belong to the account holder. Repeated payment attempts within a very short period may be rate-limited for security. Deposit guide.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests remain subject to account verification, balance availability and operator review. The standard minimum withdrawal is ₹300 and the standard maximum is ₹50,000 per request. The requested amount is held from the available balance when a request is submitted, so that it cannot also be wagered. 6. Bets and game limits

The standard bet range is ₹5 to ₹10,000 per round, and specific game conditions may further affect available options. The maximum payout from a single bet is ₹50,000 across all games. Current limits and rules for each game are shown on that game's help screen.

7. Game results

Game results are produced using Crash Arcade's server-side game logic and random-generation system. Outcomes are determined by the server rather than by animations shown on a player's device. 8. Errors

Where a clear technical or settlement error occurs, Crash Arcade may investigate the relevant round or transaction using server records and correct the outcome accordingly. Deliberately exploiting a technical fault, pricing error or settlement error rather than reporting it is a breach of these terms.

9. Promotions

Promotions, including the ₹300 signup bonus and referral rewards, are governed by the bonus terms and conditions. Promotional funds and associated winnings may be cancelled where those terms are breached. Promotion availability and terms can change.

10. Responsible gaming

Players are responsible for setting appropriate spending and wagering limits. Crash Arcade may also restrict access where required by responsible-gaming or legal obligations. 11. Account restrictions

Accounts may be suspended where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, unauthorised access, manipulation, prohibited activity or violation of platform rules. Prohibited activity includes operating multiple accounts, using false or borrowed identity or payment details, automated or scripted play, and collusion between accounts.

12. Jurisdiction

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use of Crash Arcade after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
