Does a bonus improve my odds?

My deposit has not credited — what should I do?

Why is my withdrawal balance deducted immediately?
When you submit a withdrawal request, the amount is placed on hold so it cannot also be used for betting. If the withdrawal is refunded, the held amount returns to your wallet.
What happens if a withdrawal cannot be completed?
The request is refunded and the held amount is returned to your Crash Arcade wallet as a withdrawal refund line in your statement.
Can I withdraw to someone else’s UPI ID?
No. Payment details must belong to the account holder and must match your verified KYC details.
Are game results generated on my phone?
No. Outcomes are determined by the server, using a provably fair system built from a server seed, client seed, nonce and HMAC-SHA256.
What does RTP mean?
RTP means Return to Player and represents the theoretical amount returned to players over many rounds. It does not guarantee an individual player’s result. More on RTP.
Can a game have 100% RTP?
No. Every real-money game maintains a house edge and the base RTP cannot be configured at 100% or higher.
Is a high multiplier ever "due"?
No. Each round draws independently from the same distribution. A losing streak carries no information about the next round.
What is my player ID?

Can I have more than one account?

How quickly does a limit change take effect?
Lowering a limit can take effect immediately. Increasing a responsible-gaming limit requires a 24-hour waiting period.
How long can I self-exclude for?
Between 1 and 365 days. Self-exclusion is enforced on the server rather than only on the local device.
