UPI Withdrawals at Crash Arcade
Eligible Crash Arcade withdrawals are paid to a valid UPI ID. The minimum is ₹300 and the maximum is ₹50,000 per request. Your account must be KYC approved and the UPI ID must belong to you.

Entering your UPI ID correctly
A UPI ID looks like yourname@bankhandle. The single most common reason a payout is refunded is a small error in this field. Before you submit:
- Copy the ID from your UPI app rather than typing it from memory
- Check the handle after the @ symbol — different banks use different handles
- Confirm the ID is active by sending yourself a small transfer from another app if you are unsure
- Make sure the name registered to the UPI ID matches your Crash Arcade KYC details
What happens after you submit
- The amount is held. Your available balance drops immediately so the same funds cannot be wagered.
- The operator reviews the request.
- Approved: you receive the payout reference and the funds are sent to your UPI ID.
- Refunded: the held amount returns to your Crash Arcade wallet and appears as a withdrawal refund in your statement.
A refund is recoverable, not lost
If a payout cannot be completed, the money comes back to your wallet. Fix the detail that caused the failure — almost always the UPI ID or an outstanding verification step — and submit the request again.
Tracking a UPI payout
Every request, approval, payout reference and refund is recorded in your wallet statement, and withdrawal updates are posted to your account Inbox. If a payout reference exists but the money has not reached your bank, quote that reference when you contact support.
